The meanings of fairytales

I am currently researching fairytales and their meanings in preparation for creating a new body of work for a touring exhibition. This will be largely inspired by the stories of the Brothers Grimm, and will explore the rich symbolism of these wonder tales.

3 paintings accepted for the SSA Annual Exhibition in Edinburgh

I just heard today that 3 of the enamel paintings featured on the website have been accepted for the SSA (Society of Scottish Artists) Annual Exhibition in Edinburgh. It opens on Sat 17th March and runs until Thursday 12th April. The venue is the Upper Galleries of the National Galleries of Scotland's Royal Scottish Academy Building, The Mound, Edinburgh.

Kerry had two paintings accepted into the RWA 154th Autumn Exhibition 2006 where she was shortlisted for Venue’s Emerging Artist Award
